"The experience varies by department with some departments more supportive and flexible than others whereas other areas have less experienced managers (supervisors, nor necessarily leaders) which can adversely impact your experience. Ask very specific questions when interviewing to better gauge. Also, because the company is in crisis mode due to potential merger and other issues that have been in the media, the environment seems ton have become more toxic (based on feedback I received from those who have been there longer) with “long timers” being more difficult with brand new employees."

"Maternity leave policy is incredible (16 weeks 100% fully paid, no PTO needed). Super supportive of families, especially in marketing, which is run by a woman. Work/life balance can really suck depending on your team but people are in general very understanding to family life (appointments, kid events, etc). "

"It’s a slow process to move around. Many tenured employees have no desire to move to other areas of the company, causing a stagnant work environment. Otherwise, pay and benefits are the best I have ever had."
