    Position summary

    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    This position will lead eCommerce efforts within DISH TV, including leading a cross-functional team to drive onsite engagement and conversion and drive sales throughout the lifecycle. You will be a key member of the Video Services Marketing digital media team and will be responsible for managing activation, conversion, and sell-in targets for our brands. To achieve your goals, you will lead and manage key initiatives to rapidly iterate and optimize the onsite funnel and marketing tactics in a dynamic competitive environment.

    In this role, you will work directly with various departments across DISH TV as well as Sling to develop acquisition and media strategies, monitor and assess performance of our sites, and optimize the onsite experience via test and learn. These teams include but are not limited to product, marketing strategy and media partners, marketing analytics, and our internal creative agency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive innovative website and ecommerce projects that support new customer acquisition and sales growth through dish.com as we launch new site experiences and capabilities to modernize the digital customer experience

    • Develop a site merchandising calendar, testing roadmap and lead creation of test plans to improve site KPIs

    • Create, monitor and share reporting to identify opportunities to improve the performance of site experiences and marketing campaigns to create frictionless customer journeys

    • Use best practices, industry insights and competitive reviews to identify opportunities for conversion improvement

    • Partner across internal teams and vendor partners to deliver high impact digital campaigns that achieve new customer acquisition goals

    • Support seamless alignment of marketing, sales and customer insights to build and execute successful go-to-market strategies

    • Act as the voice of the customer to strategically assess and provide feedback on acquisition, customer journey and corporate wide initiatives

    • Drive new content creation, site experience planning and execution in collaboration with brand and design teams inclusive of personalization and promotions

    • Effectively manage collaborative work with cross functional partners including marketing, digital media, UX design and IT

    Skills, Experience and Requirements

    Education and Experience:

    • A bachelor's degree in marketing or a similar field preferred

    • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, site merchandising or eCommerce

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Experience in both leading and implementing of successful website campaigns

    • Experience with Adobe (Adobe Target, AEM, Analytics, etc) or similar platforms strongly preferred

    • Understanding of web development and web design best practices

    • Knowledge of content creation methodologies and processes

    • Sound qualitative and quantitative analytical skills and experience with analytics programs such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or Quantum Metrics

    • Strong organizational and project management skills to thrive in a fast-paced digital environment, working iteratively to meet deadlines

    • Able to synthesize, prioritize, and drive results with a high sense of urgency

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

    Salary Ranges

    Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

    The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
