"Over the past year the progress that was previously been made towards equality has started to slide. While it's not all of the leaders, there are a few key leaders that do not see how they are treating women in a negative manner. Unfortunately those men see it as something women need to fix for themselves and think they aren't doing anything wrong. "

"It can be intimidating because it is a male dominated environment, but if you remember these things it will take you far. Work hard and work smarter. Be patient with yourself and others, alway strive to do better,be positive in the face of change and challenges."
