Supervises all daily janitorial and maintenance services
Supervise Security functions and personnel
Manages all improvement projects, interdepartmental moves, building services, and third party contractors.
Trains and instructs employees on the proper use of equipment
Performs role of manager by scheduling employees, approving OT, monitoring performance, and takes disciplinary action as needed
Responsible for budgeting, tracking, and controlling departmental expenses
Directly responsible for exempt/non-exempt staff. Responsible for the performance of subordinates; makes recommendations to superiors regarding hiring, termination decisions, training and discipline

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
2 years related experience and/or training; and 2 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating/maintenance/procedure instructions
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $54,650.00/Year - $78,100.00/Year
