Systems Technician**, you will be responsible for reviewing, understanding, and implementing installations according to plans provided by our Project Managers.
A typical day could see you working on a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, patching server software, on a man-lift installing a camera, installing a badge reader, or providing service coordination for a remote facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Installing and servicing electronic security systems, including access control, IP Cameras, and intrusion alarm systems
Pre-wiring, installing, programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Administrative duties including project updates to Project Managers, completing and filing all project documentation
Technician 24-hour on-call rotation
Travel is required on an as-needed basis, typically 10%-15% but can fluctuate
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
Progressive experience in a technical role within the integrated security or low-voltage industry(s) is required
Previous experience leading installations at the site level is preferred
Programming experience preferred
Vendor Certification in low voltage systems is preferred (ie. AMAG, Axis, Milestone, Bosch, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Valid Driver's License and clean record
Postsecondary training in electronics or equivalent is considered an asset

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $27.02/Hour - $38.70/Hour
