Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate paper and electronic leases to ensure they are administrable and identify discrepancies in lease language.
Maintain a portfolio of approximately 3,200 lease agreements, communicating requirements and critical dates to stakeholders.
Calculate prorated rent, payment escalations, termination fees, and manage lease payments, including exercising options.
Collaborate with landlords and internal teams to resolve missing payments or document issues and perform payment audits.
Monitor internal inquiries via a shared inbox and prepare reports for various departments.
Handle special projects and ensure adherence to national processes through internal negotiations.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree, or 2 years equivalent experience in accounting, bookkeeping, real estate, and/or lease administration
Telecommunication experience is a plus but not a requirement
Skills and Qualifications:
Demonstrated history of maintaining confidentiality and security with sensitive financial data
Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize large volumes of work based on evolving needs
Proactive and flexible approach to managing workload and shifting priorities
Strong attention to detail with excellent follow through
Advanced written & verbal communication, analytical, and research skills required

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year
