    As the AR Program Manager II Growth and Development West Coast, you will play a key role in analyzing and optimizing the performance of the AR Channel. Working closely with the Business Ops Manager II and cross-functional teams, you will leverage data-driven insights to shape sales strategies, ensure compliance with program guidelines, and identify areas for continuous improvement. You will inspect dealer and door-level execution and provide targeted training to drive growth and enhance overall performance across the AR Channel.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Performance Coaching & Development: Provide hands-on coaching and support to retail sales teams to improve product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques across multiple carriers

    • Training Programs: Design and implement training initiatives focusing on multi-carrier product offerings, promotional strategies, and compliance with carrier-specific requirements

    • Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with sales teams to execute carrier promotions, optimize in-store merchandising, and implement best practices to drive revenue and improve customer satisfaction

    • KPI Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics across carriers, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement

    • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with carrier partners and retail staff to ensure seamless communication and alignment with multi-carrier objectives

    • Feedback & Reporting: Regularly provide feedback to stakeholders on sales performance, training needs, and areas for improvement. Prepare detailed performance reports for senior management and carrier partners

    • Compliance & Standards: Ensure that all retail partners adhere to carrier-specific sales and service standards, as well as legal and regulatory requirements

    • Travel Requirement: Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, with access to reliable transportation

    Skills, Experience and Requirements

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university

    • 3+ years in a performance coaching or training role, preferably in the telecommunications or retail industry

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of multi-carrier environments, including knowledge of the mobile carrier industry and sales strategies

    • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve their goals

    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively

    • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify performance gaps and recommend solutions

    • Flexibility: Ability to travel to retail locations as needed and work across multiple carriers and regions

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with retail sales in the telecommunications or technology sector

    • Familiarity with carrier-specific software and tools.

    • Bilingual proficiency is a plus

    Salary Ranges

    Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

    The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
