Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly productive Retail Wireless Logistics Data Analytics Program Manager to analyze, review and take action on large amounts of transportation and logistics data in order to identify savings and customer retention opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Become a subject matter expert on Boost Mobile Retail Wireless Logistics data, systems, and processes.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly data analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction, revenue growth, and customer retention.
Analyze and report on retail wireless returns and promo clawback opportunities.
Evaluate, document, and improve logistics data analysis processes and reporting practices.
Assist team members with ad-hoc data and analytics requests while collaborating cross-functionally with other analytics teams.
Support strategic planning and goal-setting initiatives led by the Head of Retail Wireless Logistics.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
2+ years of experience in retail supply chain, logistics, and data analytics, with a strong preference for parcel data analytics, including freight bill audit, pay, and claims resolution.
Proven ability to analyze operational and financial data, identify problems, and make strategic recommendations using tools like Tableau, SQL, MS Excel, Google Sheets, Snowflake, and AWS.
Skills and Qualifications:
Expertise in FedEx/UPS shipping data, parcel, and LTL freight analytics.
Proficiency in SQL, Tableau dashboard creation, and advanced MS Excel functions.
Familiarity with Google Suite tools and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Strong data processing skills with extreme attention to detail.
Experience in 3rd party logistics management and initiative ownership.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and critical thinking abilities.

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year
