    Position summary

    porting for key stakeholders including executive leadership, sales, marketing, and other supporting teams. Analyzing and understanding data from a variety of sources, the Reporting Analyst will develop dashboards and reporting summaries that provide useful, actionable insights. The Reporting Analyst will also maintain recurring reports on activations, programming, hardware, financial trends and budget performance within DISH Business. A successful Reporting Analyst will have strong attention to detail, be able to successfully capture stakeholder requirements, and possess strong communication skills to effectively explain pertinent insights and trends.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Work cross-departmentally to identify and improve reporting needs

    • Create meaningful and insightful dashboards for upper management, sales, and other stakeholders.

    • Improve and automate current recurring and ad-hoc reports where necessary

    • Manage competing deadlines to process and disseminate diverse types of reoccurring and ad-hoc reports

    • Use a variety of reporting tools and systems to process requests, including SQL, Tableau, SalesForce, Oracle, G-Suite, Orbit, and Microsoft Office

    • Analyze results from queries and scripts, prepare reports, analyze the results and provide suggestions to the causes of trends and outliers

    • Integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data and insights

    • Coordinate QA efforts in the department. Identify errors on accounts and in data and work with department team members to implement corrective measures

    • Be able to quickly and effectively analyze data, identifying trends and summarizing key details to highlight immediate business impacts

    Skills, Experience and Requirements

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university

    • Two or more years of relevant work experience

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Demonstrated proficiency of Microsoft Office tools, G-Suite, Excel, Tableau, and SQL

    • Proficiency and knowledge of Python, R, and/or AWS is a plus

    • Ability to interact cross-functionally with various levels of employees and with management

    • Well-developed analytical skills, including the ability to handle competing requests from customers, partners, and internal colleagues

    Salary Ranges

    Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year
