Work with product, UX, and cross-functional teams to refine and validate requirements, aligning with customer personas and technical needs.
Maintain updated requirement artifacts and facilitate feedback sessions to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst for a wireless company, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field
Experience in IT systems, especially within mobile operator and e-commerce platforms, with preferred exposure to the wireless industry
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, able to translate complex requirements for both technical and non-technical stakeholders; fluent in English
Exceptional analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and documentation
Proven experience in Agile environments and familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
Skilled in collaborating with product managers and owners to understand product development and consumer market products/services.
Strong organizational, facilitation, and time management skills
Capable of managing tasks in a rapidly changing environment, with creativity and resourcefulness to advocate for business needs
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year
