    Position summary

    s on key projects within the Field Development Organization to support reporting, forecasting, budget development, and financial analysis. The role offers opportunities to make significant contributions as the business transitions from a build to run state, ensuring efficient and effective business and financial functions. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and provide financial oversight for a rapidly growing business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and analyze monthly financial performance.

    • Support month-end close activities and build models for operational and financial performance metrics.

    • Create and present financial analyses and recommendations to leadership.

    • Identify and quantify multi-year opportunities using financial modeling and hypothesis-based approaches.

    • Conduct ad-hoc analyses on cost-saving opportunities, capital expenditures, and corporate initiatives.

    • Enhance processes, develop tools, and implement automated reporting solutions.

    Skills, Experience and Requirements

    Education and Experience:

    • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

    • 3+ years of experience in an accounting/finance environment, preferably in the telecom or tech industries

    • MBA or MS - Finance is a plus but not required

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and financial tools like Oracle, OneStream, and Orbit.

    • Solid understanding of business financial and accounting concepts, including GAAP principles, accruals, and reversals.

    • Exceptional teamwork skills to build productive relationships across departments.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas clearly to senior executives.

    • Ability to define problems, gather data, and draw valid, actionable conclusions.

    Salary Ranges

    Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year
