    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    The Product Operations team is seeking an energetic and results-oriented individual to develop and implement consistent and repeatable approaches within the planning function. This role involves a deep understanding of strategic initiatives that enhance capabilities and operational efficiencies throughout Retail Wireless. As a Senior Program Manager for Business Planning, you will have a high-visibility opportunity to significantly influence our mission of delivering exceptional value to our customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with key stakeholders within Retail Wireless and Product Operations to align efforts and foster effective communication

    • Process Improvement: Continuously refine processes that support demand and supply planning, aiming to maximize channel sell-through and drive operational excellence

    • Create and present comprehensive materials that distill complex information into clear, compelling narratives for leaders and stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and understanding across the organization

    • Proactively identify avenues for revenue growth, enhance customer satisfaction, assess risks, and establish effective controls to mitigate them

    • Develop concise and impactful presentations and targeted communications to promote new strategies and address any underlying issues, ensuring clarity and engagement

    Skills, Experience and Requirements

    Education and Experience:

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field, accompanied by 4+ years of relevant work

    • MBA highly desirable

    • Experience in program management, process management, or process improvement

    • At least 4 years of experience in product management, business planning, corporate strategy, or related fields

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Proven track record in cross-group collaboration, successfully building partnerships with diverse stakeholders, defining benchmarks, and executing strategic initiatives

    • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with demonstrated experience in presenting to senior-level audiences effectively

    • A self-motivated and strategic thinker who excels in collaboration, with a history of delivering tangible results

    • Strong strategic acumen, with the ability to learn, understand, and connect complex business models to drive informed decision-making

    Salary Ranges

    Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

    The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
