Job Duties and Responsibilities

Senior Software Test Engineer sought by DISH Network, LLC in Englewood, CO.

Analyze system requirements for various computer system modules. Create manual and automated wireless test scripts for GUI or services, and database validation. Create automation scripts to integrate into the CI/CD pipeline. Execute manual and automation test scripts.

Maintain manual and automation test scripts for regression testing. Log and track problems (bugs). Assist developers with debugging prod incidents. Perform data validation.

Contribute to continuous improvement in processes and procedures. Collaborate with a globally distributed team.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Requires Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field, plus 5 years of relevant progressive post-baccalaureate experience with software automation/testing. Also requires 3 years of work experience with/using the following (which may have been gained concurrently):

Using Version Control Tools such as Git
Agile Methodologies and Postman
Working with Automation Frameworks and performing UI automation
Database tools such as SQL or MySQL.
Using programming languages such as Java, C#, or Groovy Scripting
Using Automation Tools such as UFT, Selenium, Maven, or ReadyAPI, or similar.

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $130,686.00/Year
