Own the production environment, monitoring availability and ensure a holistic system health

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Engineering degree with 3+ years of experience in Application Support
Dynatrace - experience in analysing issue, configuring alerts, creating dashboards (minimum of 2 to 3 years)
SQL Queries - experience in writing complex queries and working with data models (minimum of 2 to 3 years)
Scripting/Programming - Python programming preferred, Shell scripting
AWS - Preferred AWS Solution Architect Associate - should have knowledge around EKS, load balancers, EC2, Route 53, Multi region, Cloudwatch querying a must
APIs - Good understanding of REST APIs and working experience with Postman/Ready API
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Good functional knowledge around Retail and Telecom
Ready to work in shifts - 24x7
Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills
