Skills, Experience and Requirements
Engineering degree with 3+ years of experience in Application Support
Experience in Unix and Windows environments
Experience in Shell scripting/Python and SQL
Experience in troubleshooting complex production issues
Ready to work in shifts - 24x7
Knowledge of AWS and CI/CD will be an advantage
Knowledge of ITIL processes
Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills
Knowledge in Middleware like Weblogic, Tomcat, Webshpere
