    Position summary

    TCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).**

    The impact you will have in this role:

    The Strategic Management & Governance family is responsible for serving as a dedicated technology resource for advancing the firm's business opportunities and providing industry thought leadership for leveraging new technologies. Manages significant programs and projects including strategic change management, new business and product initiatives, process re-engineering, and all general business management initiatives.

    The Business Systems Analysis role specializes in acting as the primary interface between Technology and specific business / product areas, identifying, documenting and analyzing business requirements, creating detailed project and process specifications, coordinating with project teams.

    Your Primary Responsibilities:

    • Review functional specifications by referencing business requirements, workflow charts and diagrams.

    • Collaborate with project team, product management, and collaborators on all aspects of the project.

    • Validate estimates of resource needs and schedule of work with related collaborators

    • Clarify necessary details required through all phases of projects.

    • Validate input provided to developers and Test Engineers ensuring System Integration and User Acceptance Test scripts properly reflect business and functional requirements.

    • Validate system documentation to ensure compliance with company-specific best practices and standards.

    • Review recommended controls to ensure remediation of perceived risks.

    • Validate justification and ROI related to solutions designed to automate manual processes.

    • Support an environment to ensure employees understand how their efforts contribute to overall business strategy.

    • Manage the day-to-day activities of the team and specific resiliency testing deliverables, across multiple locations.

    • Support the coaching, mentoring and development of team members.

    • Mitigates risk by following established procedures and supervising controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.

    Talents needed for Success:

    • Minimum of 8 years of related experience

    • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

    • BSA/Data Analyst with strong Data Warehouse and advanced SQL experience.

    • Ability to understand data repository, catalog, data pipeline and identify gaps.

    • Experience in crafting Business Requirement Documents, Functional Requirement documents and Mapping documents for the development of applications.

    • Ability to analyze customer needs, perform research and present the outcome to broad audience.

    • Experience in analyzing current system/business processes and identifying areas of improvements.

    • Experience in Assessing hardware and software needs and providing recommendations for improvements.

    • Proven experience in trade processing/corporate action/risk management.

    • Strong presentation skills.

    The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
