"Like most roles, success depends on the department culture aa much ans the company’s and your direct manager. Overall, the company is committed to promoting internally and has several senior executives who are women. I am confident that my needs are met when I voice them and working alongside other parents who understand and support me in this season of my life and career has been invaluable. "
