DTCC is committed to advancing women and during 2018 we strengthened our efforts by re-aligning our D&I function under the CEOwith a newer focus to hire and advance diverse talent, particularly women of all backgrounds. Building gender diversity is one of our key priorities and we continually work to create an inclusive environment.
We offer a variety of initiatives, including our Advancing Women Leaders program focused on helping women to develop their leadership capabilities, as well as gain the senior leadership exposure to grow and advance their career at DTCC.
Our women’s employee resource group is also dedicated to leadership and the advancement of women. It provides a platform for professional development, networking and senior leadership exposure for women of all backgrounds and has the largest, most global membership of all of our ERGs
