    The impact you will have on this role:

    We are seeking an experienced IT Security Engineering, Associate Director, in designing, engineering, deployment, operation and maintenance of Endpoint Security solutions within DTCC Cybersecurity Infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone passionate about Cybersecurity with extensive experience in minimizing risks and improving the security posture for DTCC Digital Assets (workstations, servers, etc.).

    Your Primary Responsibilities:

    • Manage and Deploy advanced Endpoint Security Solutions and improve existing solutions to provide the best level of protection

    • Provide technical guidance to the Endpoint Security Engineers in various solutions not limited to CrowdStrike ecosystem, Sky High Web Gateway and other ICAP scanning solutions

    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Endpoint Security solutions

    • Contribute to the development and execution of the overall strategy and roadmap for endpoint security

    • Work closely with Security Architecture & Cyberthreat Fusion Center teams to identify improvements in existing solutions & design, implement and operate new security solutions

    • Assess security gaps in current architecture and process, have awareness of market trends and advancing capabilities in alignment to Zero Trust

    • Reduce risk by ensuring coverage of malware detection for in-scope CrowdStrike EDR Agent capable devices

    • Managing, coordinating, and collaborating with highly skilled Endpoint Security engineers to meet their deliverables and ensure smooth operation of the platform

    • Determine automation opportunities to guide and implement automation capabilities in Endpoint Security solutions

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 10 years of Cybersecurity related experience

    • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience

    Talents Needed for Success:

    • Minimum 10 years of related experience in the field of Cybersecurity with expertise in domains like Endpoint Security and Data Protection

    • Hands on experience in implementation for CrowdStrike Platform (EDR, Firewall, ITDR, Falcon for IT etc.)

    • Experience and deep understanding of Cyber Security controls for SaaS Solutions, Azure AD, Azure

    • In depth knowledge of Operating Systems (Linux/Windows/Mac), technology/web platforms (Server, Network, Application, Databases, Cloud)

    • Experience in managing Endpoint Firewall products

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders

    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve problems effectively and creatively while maintaining a high level of flexibility, professionalism, and integrity

    • Strong attention to detail and motivation to collaborate

    • Industry security certifications such as CISSP or other cybersecurity domain coverage are preferred
