    Position summary

    offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).

    The impact you will have in this role:

    Being a member of the Business Architecture Team, the Associate will be responsible for supporting a team driving projects forward, managing key deliverables, and helping to drive alignment with key stakeholders. Business Architecture is a high-impact, fast paced team that delivers projects focused on three primary areas: Strategy & Planning, Client Journeys, and Process efficiency. Projects are multifaceted and cross-functional. For example, you may be asked to support the development of scalable business and tech solutions by aligning teams on driving improved client communications across the enterprise, you might help shape new products by reimagining clients' interactions and identify new capabilities for the firm to invest in, or you might unpack complicated processes to identify automation and cost efficiency opportunities. You should expect to have high visibility, working with senior leaders in the firm and to challenge yourself as you invest in your career.

    Your Primary Responsibilities:

    • Apply analytically driven frameworks and insights to business and process re-imagination efforts in support of DTCC's enterprise-wide transformation program

    • Understand current-state difficulties & opportunities - leading to process re-imagination by incorporating customer journeys across our product portfolio, with the objective of delivering best-in-class client experience, improving operational efficiency and increasing resiliency

    • Build and manage business process modeling and documentation by using specialized tools to enable enterprise capability realization to deliver Business Architecture solutions

    • Perform business and process re-imagination by analyzing, documenting, and designing business strategies, capabilities and processes, including key performance indicators, service level agreements, business reports, process metrics, and process diagrams

    • Identify opportunities for enterprise-level solutions and simplification

    • Analyze organizational structures, financials, business strategies and synthesize your finding into actionable solutions for the firm to carry forward

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience

    • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience

    Talents Needed for Success:

    • Experience in management consulting, banking, capital markets, or financial operations preferred

    • Proficiency with Excel & PowerPoint - comfortability in using data to create a narrative

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Ability to think "out of the box" with a client centric approach

    • Display efficiency in applying analytical approach and frameworks and structure to "ill structured" problems and issues

    • Experience with strategic frameworks, client journey and capability mapping, and business process modeling

    • Able to work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs
