The impact you will have in this role:
Being a member of the Business Architecture Team, the Associate Director will be responsible for structuring and driving project work forward, managing several teammates, and ensuring alignment with key stakeholders. Business Architecture is a high-impact, fast paced team that delivers projects focused across three primary areas: Strategy & Planning, Client Journeys, and Process efficiency. Projects are multifaceted and cross-functional. For example, you may be asked to devise scalable business and tech solutions aligning teams on driving improved client communications across the enterprise, you might shape new products by reimagining clients' interactions and identify new capabilities for the firm to invest in, or you might unpack complicated processes to identify automation and cost efficiency opportunities. You should expect to have high visibility, working with senior leaders in the firm, while continuing to develop yourself as a manager.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
Lead projects or workstreams that define solutions to enterprise problems
Manage and motivate a team of colleagues
Design, analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Align stakeholders across the organization - spanning Product, IT, Risk, Operations, Marketing, etc.
Provide guidance and support for business transformation initiatives
Identify opportunities for enterprise-level solutions and simplification
Analyze organizational structures, financials, business strategies and synthesize your finding into actionable solutions for the firm to carry forward

Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree (required); Master's in Business Administration (preferred) or equivalent experience
Certification in project management, Business Architecture and/or Business Process Modeling (BPMN) preferred
Talents Needed for Success:
Experience in management consulting, banking, capital markets, or financial operations preferred
Strong project management experience
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with strategic frameworks, client journey and capability mapping, and business process modeling
Proficiency with Excel & PowerPoint - comfortability in using data to create a narrative
Experience as or working with IT professionals
Experience managing project teams and diverse partner groups
