We're looking for an energetic, creative-minded, and self-motivated Business Marketing Associate Director who loves to develop persona-led stories and implement integrated, multi-channel programs aimed at raising visibility in the marketplace and generating sales interest. Financial services experience a plus.

    Your Primary Responsibilities:

    • Works directly with DTCC business owners, sales, relationship management, and other key partners to translate business goals into strategic, measurable marketing goals. Develops campaigns to address specific program objectives including Awareness & Education, Thought Leadership, Product Launch, Client Adoption and Lead Generation. Tactics include but are not limited to: virtual events, email communications, SEO/SEM, social, advertising, paid media, etc...

    • Requires the individual to liaise/advise directly with product owners and other key internal and external collaborators to understand business goals and translate into product marketing programs.

    • Responsible for content marketing and thought leadership, with a strong ability to synthesize information from Business SMEs into both short- and long-form written and digital content partnering with the Corporate Communications team and third parties.

    • Understands market drivers, competitive landscape, target client personas and maintains detailed, updated knowledge of relevant DTCC products and services, especially as it relates to the business assigned.

    • Collaborate with Sales/Relationship Management and Product Management to ensure alignment on all initiatives.

    • Coordinate with larger M&C team to ensure brand alignment and execution support across all areas of the marketing mix, including our inhouse design team, production, PR, Comms and events teams. Also partners with regional marketing counterparts on relevant product marketing initiatives.

    • Partners with Data & Analytics team to identify, track, and report on key performance metrics; leverage client research and data findings to refine and improve programs

    • Partners with M&C Events teams to align in support of outreach strategy across initiatives

    • Project management skills including planning and scheduling, issue identification / resolution / customer concern, communication.

    • Manage external vendor relationships as appropriate and efficiently track marketing spend as well as marketing value metrics.

    • Mitigates risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 8 years of related experience

    • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

    Talents Needed for Success:

    • Experience with Marketo preferred

    • Strong understanding of financial services

    • Ability to strategize with business leads/executives on an ongoing basis to consistently inform marketing and communication plans; needs to be comfortable acting in both a strategic and tactical manner (roll up your sleeves mentality)

    • Ability to influence others through strong communication skills

    • Strong presentation skills
