The Impact you will have in this role:
The ACE Business Management team drives insights and requirements from workflow reviews, automation requests, analyzes trends and builds concrete roadmaps for the Enterprise Product & Platform Engineering and Architecture and Enterprise Services organizations within IT. This role plays a key role in IT's mission to deliver measurable business value, drive efficiency, and reduce risk by orchestrating automation capabilities throughout the enterprise.
Primary Responsibilities:
Supports the ACE Business Management team vision and creates clear, specific, and achievable objectives.
Supports the delivery of automation solutions by working with key collaborators.
Work with stakeholders to gather data requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
Provide support for the maintenance and design of metrics reporting and tools used by ACE Business Management in PowerApps and SharePoint
Collect, clean, and analyze business data to identify trends and insights.
Assist in developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Power Automate.
Work with stakeholders to gather data requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
Support data-driven decision-making by providing analytical findings to business teams.
Conduct data validation and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Assist in automating data processes and workflows to improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Talent needed for success
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, SharePoint)
Experience with Microsoft Power Apps
Basic understanding of Agile Software Development (primarily Scrum) principles and techniques
Understands and uses applicable work management tools for decision making and collaboration (i.e. JIRA, SharePoint, Microsoft Power Suite).
Experience working on multiple programs/projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from Collaborators
Ability to drive automation efforts with timely follow-up with all stakeholders
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate and present technical information
