The Impact you will have in this role:
The Business Analyst role will be functioning in an infrastructure delivery squad which bridges traditional Enterprise Infrastructure (EI) teams and Application Development (AD) teams. The role will work closely with Product Owner and multi-functional squads to deliver infrastructure as per business requirements and timelines.
Serves as the liaison technology and business partners due to their deep understanding of user needs and system functionality

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multi-layered environment where exploration and stretch goals are encouraged
Solid presentation, technical and non-technical communication skills, both verbal and written
Organized, with a project management demeanor and the ability to effectively prioritize
Ability to work well with multi-functional teams across multiple locations
Contributes to enhancing and improving the way we work and deliver infrastructure
Coordinates infrastructure project delivery and ensures execution by documented and agreed upon result dates
Your Primary Responsibilities:
Engage in squad Scrum ceremonies - Daily Standup, Sprint Retrospective, etc.
Transform business requirements into an actionable backlog in Jira
Work with the squad to manage and grooming the backlog
Manage quality for Jira backlog to ensure deliverable tasks are being updated in a timely manner
Ensure all tasks request(s) are submitted for tracking and are on the squad Jira board
Establish execution timelines and ensure delivery against established target
Ensure vital request(s) are submitted to supervise progress
Identify external dependencies
Raise potential conflicts to the Product Owner
Guide customers on processes for infrastructure provisioning
Provides customer Ad hoc support / issue

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with relevant experience
5+ years of IT experience
Talents Needed for Success:
Outstanding prioritization, process, and project management skills
Experience with Agile techniques and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira etc.)
Solid grasp of software development process management using Agile methodology
Knowledge and experience in the following technologies:
ServiceNow
Advanced expertise in Microsoft Suite products (Excel, PowerPoint, Office)
Jira
Power BI
