The Impact you will have in this role:
As a member of the Enterprise Client Operations team, the Training Associate is responsible for ensuring that DTCC's clients are educated on how to maximize their use of DTCC's products and services. A deep knowledge of DTCC's products and the industry enables the Training Associate to deliver training that is customized to the needs of each client, facilitating both the onboarding experience of new clients and their continuous learning.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
Supports onboarding of new clients/users via established processes, including needs assessment, outreach and follow up
Conducts and administers instructor-led training programs effectively via webinars or classroom sessions
Builds and maintains strong working relationships with other client-facing teams to ensure training delivered to client meets and exceeds expectations
Maintains detailed, updated knowledge of DTCC products/services and keeps informed of business line strategies and priorities
Contributes to the gathering, analysis and reporting on KPIs and metrics to management and business stakeholders
Ensures change management of existing training delivery content to reflect product and process changes. Ensures content is updated, accurate, consistent and relevant
Designs, develops and implements professional, polished training materials such as Instructor Guides, Microsoft PowerPoint presentations and job aids
Keeps up to date and applies emerging and current training facilitation trends and best practices
Manages own calendar schedule to maximize training delivery whilst being flexible to clients' needs
Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately

Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
Solid understanding of trade lifecycle and DTCC's Equity Clearing & Settlement and/or Asset Services products
Knowledge of financial services, with a curiosity to learn more and keep up to date with the evolving nature of the industry
Excellent presentation skills to deliver training to an audience with varying degrees of experience
Superb communication (oral and written) in English
Good interpersonal and listening skills
Ability to deliver engaging and effective training to communicate product features, usage, processes and workflows
