    • DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).

    The Impact you will have in this role:

    Being a member of the Employee Relations team, the Associate Director's portfolio of work will include client consultation, investigative case work, project management, policy support and analysis of case trends. The incumbent will partner with internal and external counsel on developments in employment law and support the design/maintenance of processes to ensure effective case management and documentation.

    Your Primary Responsibilities:

    • Support and guide investigations, performance concerns, and disciplinary issues. This includes advising managers, facilitating resolution, and preparing related documentation.

    • Partner on monitoring, assessment and compliance related to global employment laws.

    • Provide managers and employees with information and interpretation of ER/HR policies and procedures.

    • Proactively research and document information related to ER practices. Prepare reporting and analyze data for trends.

    • Support development of training for people managers, HR Business Partners and others on ER programs and related policies and initiatives.

    • Mitigate risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, identifying errors and opportunities to innovate and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 8 years of related experience

    • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

    Talents Needed for Success:

    • Minimum of 5-8 years of related experience in an Employee Relations or HR Business Partner role

    • Bachelor's degree preferred in human resources, business, or equivalent experience

    • Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws

    • Ability to solve problems and handle a variety of situations where only limited guidelines exist

    • Solid research, analysis, problem solving and project management skills
