    The Impact you will have in this role:
    DTCC leverages event and alert management systems integrated with tools like ServiceNow and PagerDuty, to monitor our infrastructure in real-time and detect anomalies and advance them to the correct support teams that will then review and take either reactive or proactive action for incident resolution.

    The Event and Alert Management Tech Lead is crucial for ensuring the effective management of enterprise Event and Alert Management (EVM) solutions. This position is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of EVM projects, ensuring that they align with organizational goals and deliver value. By leading the technical EVM team, coordinating with collaborators, and ensuring the implementation of standard methodologies, the EVM Tech Lead plays a vital role in optimizing processes, enhancing system reliability, and driving successful project outcomes and governance.
    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of EVM solutions: This includes ensuring that the EVM tools and systems are properly configured, updated, and functioning as intended to meet the organization's needs.
    • Coordinating with partners: Regularly communicating with various groups, such as IT, Business, and customer service, to understand their requirements and ensure that the EVM solutions align with organizational goals and deliver value.
    • Leading the technical EVM team: Providing guidance, support, and direction to the team members, ensuring that they follow standard methodologies and work efficiently to achieve project objectives.
    • Monitoring and optimizing EVM processes: Continuously reviewing and improving the processes related to event and alert management to enhance system reliability and performance.
    • Ensuring project governance and successful outcomes: Managing project timelines, and resources to ensure that EVM projects are completed on time and within budget, while also delivering the expected value and benefits to the organization.

    Qualifications :

    • Minimum of 8 years of related experience with Event and Alert Management Technologies (ServiceNow, PagerDuty).
    • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

    • Technical Leadership: Demonstrable ability to lead technical teams, coordinate with customers, and implement standard methodologies to optimize processes and enhance system reliability.

    • Technical Documentation: Proficiency in creating and maintaining comprehensive user documentation, including job aids, process documents, and governance materials to support organizational standards.

    • Application Skills: Proficiency in using Office Applications, ServiceNow, and PagerDuty to manage events and alerts and document.

    • Data Analysis and Reporting: Solid skills in analyzing event and alert data to identify trends, generate insights, and produce actionable reports for continuous improvement.

    • Customer Engagement: Ability to engage with various team members, understand their needs, and communicate updates and findings through formal and informal written methods.
