The Impact you will have in this role:
Being a member of the Enterprise Services Team, the Enterprise Resiliency Office Associate Director role is responsible for ensuring the organization's ability to withstand and rapidly recover from incidents and disruptions. The role involves developing and implementing comprehensive risk management strategies to fortify the firm's operational resilience, safeguarding critical processes, technology, assets, products and services, to enhance customer trust and confidence.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
Drive operational resilience efforts across the enterprise, including but not limited to:
Build, lead, and mentor regional team(s) to run enterprise incident responses, including:
Maintain relationships with cross-functional business leaders within and across regions to reinforce resiliency and to ensure the ERO understands the resiliency concerns of each business.
Perform assessments keeping resiliency in mind, for emerging and new technology architecture, including production readiness.
Coordinate and facilitate business continuity aligned operational and technical exercises, including DR industry exercises, client testing, extended runs, data center rotation, critical 3rd party testing.
Partner with Operational Risk to complete emerging risk survey, using results to fortify/refresh enterprise-wide scenario library.
Partner with business areas to amend DTCC's Enterprise Service Catalog and use this catalog to perform Business Impact Analysis.
Oversee firm-wide enterprise resiliency projects and drive continuous improvement of the ERO's people, processes and tooling.
Support management of key incident data to support executive level reporting and to provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
Mitigates risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
Excellent verbal and written communicator who is comfortable navigating legal, technical, and business concepts.
Competent and confident during a crisis and able to work under pressure.
Experience defining and leading operational resilience within a complex organization, within the financial services industry.
Experience running a diverse range and seniority of team members through critical business issues and/or active incidents or crises (e.g., running a client-facing enterprise incident response function).
Knowledge of derivatives and securities market practices, treasury markets, clearing mandates for financial services participants.
