The Impact you will have in this role:
Being a member of the Governance and Reporting Team, the Senior Analyst will execute and support document governance that enable Enterprise Services' risk management, compliance, and operational objectives. The role ensures the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of the Enterprise Services document inventory through consistent application of corporate policies, regulatory expectations, and established governance standards.
The core focus of the department is leveraging data inputs and outputs to produce actionable business insights. In parallel, the Enterprise Services Governance & Reporting IC Senior Analyst supports document compliance initiatives across Enterprise Services, contributing to projects with defined milestones while delivering high-quality, timely results.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the document inventory for Enterprise Services in alignment with corporate policies and guidelines.
Manage workload effectively, balancing competing priorities while adhering to procedures, metrics, and critical timeframes.
Contribute to defined team and cross-functional initiatives that support governance effectiveness and operational excellence.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Enterprise Services to promote alignment, transparency, and timely issue resolution.
Respond to stakeholder inquiries with accuracy and timeliness, maintaining a strong focus on service and quality.
Monitor and manage document status and workflow progress, identifying risks or delays and escalating as appropriate to support on-time outcomes.
Present information clearly to target audience ensuring engagement and buy-in.
Contribute to team-impacting projects and initiatives to drive operational excellence.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
