    The Impact You Will Have in This Role:

    DTCC is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Associate to join its global Finance organization in Manila. This role serves as a strategic business partner to senior leaders, supporting enterprise planning, forecasting, and performance management. You will deliver clear, actionable insights that influence leadership decision-making and help shape priorities and outcomes across the organization. The position offers strong visibility, senior-leader engagement, and a clear path to increased responsibility within DTCC Finance.

    Your Primary Responsibilities:

    • Act as a trusted FP&A business partner to assigned functions, providing financial insight, analysis, and recommendations to leadership

    • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, with growing ownership of deliverables and end-to-end execution

    • Perform variance and trend analysis to proactively identify risks, opportunities, and key business drivers

    • Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and cost optimization efforts

    • Prepare management-ready financial reporting and presentations for senior leadership reviews

    • Partner with global FP&A teams and business leaders on ad hoc analysis, including pricing, investment business cases, and operational reviews

    • Identify opportunities to enhance reporting, streamline processes, and strengthen decision support

    • Embed risk and control considerations into day-to-day activities in alignment with DTCC governance standards

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred

    • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a similar analytical role

    • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with financial systems, planning tools, or BI platforms preferred

    • Proven ability to translate complex financial data into clear, decision-oriented insights

    • Strong communication skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders

    • Proactive, growth-oriented mindset with interest in expanding business partnership responsibilities

    • High attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to continuous improvement

    • Must be amenable to work EMEA hours (4pm to 1am shift)
