    The impact you will have in this role:

    Being a member of the Identity and Access Management team, you will be responsible for the guidance and support of the services the team provides. Maturing and optimizing while driving the team toward excellence in operations, engineering innovation, and implementation of best-in-class security solutions will be the primary focus. The result will be an obsession with bringing the best security solutions to protect the DTCC assets and systems.

    Your Primary Responsibilities:

    • Be an active member of an IAM Operations team focused on implementing best business practices in the form of iterative configuration updates which are dedicated to improving the security posture and resiliency within DTCC while adhering to measured SLAs

    • Engage on Level 1 security monitoring by responding to alerts/ notifications on all IAM Technologies

    • Engage on Level 2 activities by working on Requests & Incidents related to IAM technologies like Secrets Management &Certificate Management

    • Engage on Level 3 activities like implementing minor change requests, cross skill training, documentation of the activities

    • Learn & support multiple technologies in Identify and Access Management areas like Certificate Management, Secrets Management and Privileged Access Management

    • Identify and document automation opportunities to reduce the human touchpoint for all operational aspects

    • Participate in on call rotation for incident response duties to participate and help drive incident calls as required

    • Perform on Disaster Recovery activities on weekends in the IAM area

    • Learn other IAM technologies and provide operational support

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 6 years of experience in Information Security, including at least 2 years specializing in Privileged Access Management (PAM) or Secrets Management or Certificate Management

    • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience

    Talents Needed for Success:

    • Proficient understanding of privileged user life cycle management and standard methodologies for privileged access controls

    • Practical experience with IAM, PAM Concepts and Certificate Management

    • Problem solving skills to resolve problems effectively and creatively while maintaining a high level of flexibility, professionalism, and integrity

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including executive communication to senior leadership with focus towards building bridges with key stakeholders

    • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards like GDPR, FISMA, PCI, HIPAA, SOX, FICA, etc.

    • Proficient in communicating technical information effectively to vendors, IT management, and other IT teams

    • Experience with IaC patterns and automation technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell

    • Proficiency implementing observability and monitoring stacks across managed services
