The Impact you will have in this role:
Being a member of the FICC Integration Team, the Associate will play an important role with new member onboarding and account lifecycle activities. The team will interact directly with potential new clients, delivering prompt and professional guidance to applicants as they navigate through the entire onboarding process. Upon activation of membership, the team will lead critical processes that underpin the client account lifecycle including add on accounts, products, and services. In addition, the FICC Integration Associate will have a passion for client services, act as role model for all DTCC products and services, and contribute to the strategic direction of the larger organization.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the Client Onboarding lifecycle across all DTCC stages
Hold project kickoff meetings to align on expectations, timelines, and overall results
Learn and understand Treasury Clearing Mandate and related internal initiatives
Manage the membership application process and lead all aspects of setups across Client Test and Production Environments
Drive client engagement/activities, and coordinate with the vital people/groups to facilitate client conversations (ex. Legal, Product, Credit, Connectivity)

Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
Minimum 4 years of related experience in a project management/integration consulting role
Knowledge and experience of the SIFMU Businesses strongly preferred
Solid presentation skills strongly preferred
Client services experience strongly preferred
