    Position summary

    offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).

    The impact you will have in this role:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Management Associate to support the Head of the Wealth Management business and collaborate with the broader team as part of their transformation journey. This role will be critical in supporting the development of the go-forward business strategy, driving critical business initiatives, optimizing business operations, and ensuring effective communication and coordination across functions. This role is expected to have exposure to supporting external client and market activities, as well as engagement with strategic leaders across DTCC and the industry. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, analytical, organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building new products, developing the future of financial services and articulating business strategy.

    Your Primary Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Support: Support the Head of Wealth Management in implementing business strategies, tracking key initiatives, and preparing materials for senior leadership, as well as internal and external-facing and governance forums

    • Business Operations: Coordinate existing day-to-day business management activities and identify areas for improvement

    • Project Management: Lead or support cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes, including in partnership with marketing and communications

    • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze business performance metrics and generate insights to support decision-making and strategy development

    • Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the Head of Wealth Management and internal teams (e.g., Finance, HR, Compliance, Marketing) to ensure alignment and execution of business priorities

    • Communications: Draft internal communications, briefing documents, and executive summaries for leadership and team-wide distribution

    • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency across the Wealth business

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 3 years of related experience

    • Bachelor's degree (required)

    Talents Needed for Success:

    • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and advanced PowerPoint (essential), Power BI, Salesforce and Desktop Publishing tools

    • Experience working/partnering with senior leadership (essential)

    • Experience working under pressure to tight deadlines, and successfully managing competing projects, partners and priorities (essential)

    • Attention to detail, analytical ability
