    Position summary

    offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).

    The impact you will have in this role:

    Being a member of the Product Management team within Clearing & Securities Services, the Senior Associate will play a critical role in supporting the strategic and operational initiatives that drive the efficiency, resilience, and modernization of DTCC's post-trade infrastructure. This role focuses on business planning, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination across clearing platforms, including DTC and NSCC. The Senior Associate will contribute to the development and execution of business strategies, support governance and planning forums, and help manage internal and client-facing communications. The role also includes maintaining key documentation such as service guides and pricing materials, supporting revenue and volume forecasting, and ensuring alignment with risk and control frameworks. In addition, the Product Management Senior Associate will collaborate across departments, synthesize complex data into actionable insights, and support the delivery of high-impact initiatives that enhance DTCC's clearing services.

    Your Primary Responsibilities:

    • Support compilation of General Manager and Clearing & Securities Services Product Management Leadership Team

    • Create weekly snapshot consolidation

    • Support Clearing & Securities Services Strategy planning, compiling of materials, metrics and business cases

    • Support Clearing & Securities Services business recaps including revenue reporting, billing, and annual accomplishments that are shared with the General Manager and Executive Committee

    • Support ad hoc projects that are prioritized by Clearing & Securities Services (i.e. support activities include research, data gathering, analysis, consistency of messaging)

    • Support planning for key Clearing & Securities Services business meetings including action tracking to bring commitments to closure

    • Create annual business planning, volume, revenue forecasts and pricing reviews

    • Contribute to customer-facing and internal project-specific communications (Important Notices, FAQs, press releases, newsletter articles, fact sheets)

    • Update and maintain all customer-facing web content for Clearing & Securities Services

    • Conduct analysis of the customer satisfaction survey to measure, monitor and report on key findings

    • Align risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 6 years of related experience

    • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
