    Position summary

    offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (Onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day of your choosing)

    The impact you will have in this role:

    Being a member of the Enterprise Digital Solutions (EDS) Team, the Product Owner translates the vision into a roadmap made up of squad deliverables to achieve the business strategy while enhancing value to the client. This is done through leading scope and the product backlog in collaboration with the squad, Product Manager, key stakeholders (internal and external to EDS), and clients / end-users (targeted personas).

    Your Primary Responsibilities:

    • Translates the API product vision and the roadmap into squad deliverables and release plans

    • Creates and refines the backlog with the squad to provide the right level of detail at the right time to achieve definition of ready

    • Continuously accepts or rejects completed work, according to the acceptance criteria and definition of done

    • Seeks feedback from partners and clients and incorporates into future backlog items

    • Brings the voice of the client into the squad and the voice of the squad to the organization

    • Cultivates partnerships inside and outside of EDS to maintain alignment to achieve strategic objectives

    • Evaluates shared issues, risks, and dependencies for resolution

    • Incorporates and prioritizes work in support of delivery best practices (e.g., managing technical debt), as required, to consistently and effectively deliver on release objectives

    • Increases delivered value by evaluating implementation alternatives, considering impact of cost, schedule, and risk profiles

    • Conduct walkthroughs of products and presents product releases to large forums, articulating the business value and promoting adoption

    • Attends and participates in squad and tribe meetings, effectively collaborating and providing thought leadership to support EDS objectives

    • Provides performance evaluation feedback to Functional Manager(s)

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred

    • Minimum of 7 years of related experience preferred

    Talents Needed for Success:

    • Experience in Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban) preferred

    • Experience with product thinking (e.g., personas, visions, roadmaps, MVPs, prioritization, etc.) preferred

    • Experience with API development and API Platforms (e.g., Apigee) is highly desirable

    • Experience with DTCC Release Management and IT infrastructure processes (e.g., Service NOW, server management) is a plus

    The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
