The Impact you will have in this role:
Being a member of Enterprise Services team, a Production Support Senior Analyst is responsible for production support across enterprise automation technology stacks. This role supports key project driven initiatives, as well as daily operational tasks to maintain the integrity of our applications and infrastructure.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
Support our Workbench IO initiative by providing Operations monitoring and system support for our platform.
Work with our Operations team to provide event monitoring, incident triage and issue.
Provide support to all environments and ensure infrastructure stability.
Contribute to projects by implementing task deliverables and ensuring that targets are met
Work closely with peers to improve workflow process, communication and documentation up to date.
Align risk and control processes into daily responsibilities
Provide comprehensive technical support to peers, business unit and Management
Work with your team to develop and produce timely metrics based on the required management platforms.
Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to supervise and mitigate risk; brings up appropriately.
Implement performance and statistical monitoring to develop procedures and standard processes which improve overall environment.
Actively strives to keep Standards documents, Process and Procedures Documents, and Baseline documents up to date with emerging industry standards
Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; raises appropriately.
Configure/manage and support solutions designed with MS Power tools, Appian, SQL, Talend, AutoSys, as well as Robotic Process automations based around the BluePrism platform.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Demonstrates good interactions with developers, managers, and team members to coordinate job tasks and strong dedication to work.
Possesses ability to work efficiently in both independent and teamwork environments.
Understands principles of Agile framework and knowledge of JIRA is a plus
