    Position summary

    TCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Events and Engagements Associate to join our ambitious TA dream team and help us attract top talent via modern & innovative recruitment marketing and branding strategies.

    Your primary responsibilities.

    • Understand the needs of the enterprise, research talent market trends and translate this knowledge into a cohesive strategy to achieve our objectives

    • Provide Talent Acquisition leaders with effective guidance to undertake appropriate programs to drive brand attraction

    • Represent Talent Acquisition amongst key stakeholder groups to ensure effective efforts are selected to achieve attraction and candidate conversion goals

    • Design, plan, schedule, and organize career networking events

    • Track, measure, and report on event results

    • Create and manage internal and external recruitment events calendar

    • Develop custom targeted lists and integrated CRM campaigns

    • Research and suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement

    • Monitor external branding platforms and plan and execute activities for engaging reviewers

    • Collaborate with internal and external partners to execute innovative and message driven recruitment marketing/branding campaigns

    • Actively engage with Talent Advisors/TA leads to plan and implement branding strategies on attracting, retaining, and engaging top talent

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

    • 4+ years of experience in Recruitment Marketing/Branding/Events/Engagements
