We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Events and Engagements Associate to join our ambitious TA dream team and help us attract top talent via modern & innovative recruitment marketing and branding strategies.
Your primary responsibilities.
Understand the needs of the enterprise, research talent market trends and translate this knowledge into a cohesive strategy to achieve our objectives
Provide Talent Acquisition leaders with effective guidance to undertake appropriate programs to drive brand attraction
Represent Talent Acquisition amongst key stakeholder groups to ensure effective efforts are selected to achieve attraction and candidate conversion goals
Design, plan, schedule, and organize career networking events
Track, measure, and report on event results
Create and manage internal and external recruitment events calendar
Develop custom targeted lists and integrated CRM campaigns
Research and suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement
Monitor external branding platforms and plan and execute activities for engaging reviewers
Collaborate with internal and external partners to execute innovative and message driven recruitment marketing/branding campaigns
Actively engage with Talent Advisors/TA leads to plan and implement branding strategies on attracting, retaining, and engaging top talent

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in Recruitment Marketing/Branding/Events/Engagements

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
