The Impact you will have in this role:
Being a member of the Human Resources team, the Talent Acquisition Strategic Advisor - Emerging IT Talent, will play a strategic role in identifying, engaging, and hiring high-caliber IT professionals and executives in fast-evolving tech domains. As a Strategic Advisor, this role will serve as team lead for a group of Talent Advisors. They will support DTCC's talent acquisition policy and offer advice on all aspects of the talent acquisition and selection process. People in this role may also be responsible for managing relationships with third-party vendors.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
Lead full life cycle recruitment processes for Technical positions from initial brief, candidate contact, interview cycle and offer while working seamlessly with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts
Talent Strategy: Create and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract emerging IT talent, including passive candidate engagement and talent market mapping.
Customer Collaboration: Work closely with IT leadership and hiring managers to understand business needs, provide insights on talent market trends, and guide hiring decisions.
Sourcing & Outreach: Apply advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean searches, AI-driven recruiting tools, social media, networking events) to identify and engage top candidates.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, clarity, and personalized engagement.
Employer Branding: Partner with marketing and employer branding teams to enhance our visibility in emerging tech communities.
Process Optimization: Continuously improve recruiting processes, leveraging data analytics and recruitment technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Mitigate risk by following established procedures and assessing controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.

Qualifications:
Minimum 8+ years of IT recruiting/relationship management experience
5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a focus on emerging IT domains such as AI, cybersecurity, blockchain, and cloud.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, Applicant Tracking systems, recruitment sourcing tools and Social Media and digital tools
Proficient with data and business analysis to drive decision making
Knowledge of IT industry trends, market intelligence, and competitive landscape
Familiar with current laws/legal requirement concerning recruitment and employment, EEO, ADA, labor relations, etc.
