The impact you will have in this role:
The Treasury Department manages DTCC's global funding, investments, liquidity, capital and insurance, making sure the company has the financial resources to conduct its business activities and manage its financial exposures. Treasury also manages relationships with DTCC's banking partners, insurers, and rating agencies. The Treasury Associate Director supports all aspects and critical functions performed by the Treasury Department with a primary focus on capital and liquidity. Responsibilities will include liquidity analysis, regulatory capital analysis and FX and interest rate risk management. Other responsibilities include assisting with corporate finance initiatives, annual updates to credit rating agencies, capital markets issuances, liability management, and evaluating financing for strategic transactions.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
Perform economic and regulatory capital analytics for DTCC and its subsidiaries
Assist with annual credit rating agency reviews
Interact with partner financial institutions on corporate finance, liability management and capital structure matters
Assist with issuance of term notes, commercial paper and other funding vehicles
Analyze and manage FX and interest rate risk
Identify risks and opportunities for operational improvements
Assist with ad hoc Treasury initiatives/special projects
Prepare presentations to senior management and Board of Directors
Interacts with internal stakeholders (Risk, Legal, other CFO teams) and external partners (banks, dealers, rating agencies)

Qualifications:
Between 3-6 years in finance/treasury, accounting, capital management or financial analysis
MBA or CFA a plus

Strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a high-paced environment
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work with all levels of internal and external management

Excellent reading comprehension skills
