Align departmental operations with Eaton Quality System priorities while managing production, staffing, and shift coordination.
Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives by empowering employees and collaborating cross-functionally.
Oversee daily operations including inventory review, labor scheduling, equipment maintenance, and budget adherence.
Monitor team performance in safety, quality, and productivity; provide coaching, training, and development resources.
Manage administrative functions such as attendance, time-off, training records, and internal communications.
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve plant goals and support business partner selection and development.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or completion of Eaton's Front Line Leader Associate program
Two (2) years of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment
One (1) year of supervisory experience
Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future
No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Waukesha, WI will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Five (5) years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience with lean manufacturing / Operational Excellence in 5S+, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, Visual Management, etc.
Experience in an Engineered to order environment
