"While I am new to my role at Eaton, everyone has been extremely welcoming, helpful, and respectful so far. There are a ton of women in leadership positions in my department, which is hard to find in this industry. "

"Work life balance is great! Team culture and office location is also very nice. Some teams work on cutting edge technologies and follow best practices for scrum ceremonies, documentation, mentoring etc. which will lead good learning.
After spending few years here, you may experience no salary correction as per market and also promotion cycles are very very slow. Year end review process is also not very well defined which may lead some dissatisfaction when you have put lot of efforts entire year."

"Very happy at Eaton. A lot of change to keep work interesting and a large focus on inclusion and diversity with resource groups to make everyone aware and foster a respectful and inclusive workplace."
