Oversee the quality aspects of EX/HAC/MTL/B-Line after-sales service. Analyze field failure data, coordinate with service teams, and implement feedback loops to improve product reliability and customer satisfaction.
3.Implement and Improve Quality Management Systems (EQMS)
Ensure compliance with ISO and Eaton quality standards. Lead internal and external audits, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement of the EQMS across all APAC sites.
4.Enable Cross-Functional Quality Collaboration
Partner with supply chain, engineering, operations, and commercial teams to ensure quality is embedded in all processes. Facilitate quality reviews and support new product introductions (NPI) with robust quality planning.
5.Ensure Regulatory Compliance and Sustainability
Uphold compliance with local regulations, customer requirements, and corporate sustainability goals. Promote environmental, health, and safety (EHS) integration within quality processes.
6.Develop and Lead a High-Performing Quality Team
Build and mentor a capable regional quality team. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and operational excellence aligned with the Eaton Leadership Model.
7.Champion Digitalization and Quality Process Innovation
Lead or support digital transformation initiatives in quality, such as EQMS, automated inspection, and data analytics. Promote lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency and transparency.
8.Manage Certified Assembly Partner (CAP)
Lead the CAP process across the region. Ensure Certified Assembly Partners meet quality standards through audits, performance tracking, and continuous improvement, aligning with corporate and customer expectations.
