7. Analyzes payroll payments problems, determines root cause and recommends solutions.
8. Coordinates problem resolutions between the Banks and Operations.
9. Prepares metric analysis and reporting.
10. Addresses escalated payments issues and leads activities to resolve payments concerns.
11. Participates in continuous improvements and project work to drive functional excellence.
12. Completes payment process special handling requests.
13. Develops and documents new processes and improvements.
14. Functions well in a team environment.
15. - Maintains positive relationships with customers, both internal & external. Ensure professional and appropriate communications.
16. - Knows and complies with Eaton policies: Global Ethics, Values and Philosophy, Management Environmental Safety and Security and Health (MESH).

Qualifications:
Education level required
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance related
Years and area of experience required
1 - 2 years with experience with paying payroll, payroll taxes, etc.

Skills:
Technical knowledge: Accounts payable, data processing in financial systems, Bi lingual (english-spanish) a plus, accounting and banking portals. Strong PC skills (Excel). Shared service experience a plus.
Soft skills Communication, ability to operate and deliver independently without day to day supervision, flexibility to work outside standard hours to accomodate teams working in around the globe. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
