A in Pull Through AFM Channel / Special Projects.**
It will be required expertise knowledge in product lines MPS-mobile power solutions, and customer contacts and knowledge of special vehicles market segment and involves coordinating cross-functional teams for sales growth, inventory planning, and successful product launches, as well as developing training materials and sales tools.
What you'll do:
Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue growth for assigned products/markets.
Sales Tools and Training: Create competitor cross references, product brochures, presentations, and train sales teams.
Customer Engagement: Support and attend key customer meetings to drive sales growth.
Competitive Analysis: Lead assessments to develop product roadmaps and recommend market entry pricing strategies.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with teams to ensure on-time delivery, inventory, and revenue targets.
Performance and Compliance: Evaluate customer performance, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with quality and environmental standards.
Qualifications:
BS/MS degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the Automotive industry.
Skills:
Financial Skills: Proficient in P&L management, cost estimating, and pricing.
Knowledge of the aftermarket market and customer base.
Language Skills: Fluent in Polish and English ; additional languages are an advantage.
Expertise in value proposition design and communication.
