    Position summary

    hieve profit plan (budget) through service sales and contracts ensuring price consistency, profitability and growth.

    • Build and maintain relationships with our customer base, being the conduit of information, including product updates, price movements, and technical updates and required reporting.

    • Develop, execute, and maintain account development plans for key accounts.

    • Develop and Execute business Development Plans to seek new customers in defined geographical area and assigned segment.

    • Manage tender responses where they apply to assigned geographical segments and service sales.

    • Manage pipeline, lead conversion, and quoting.

    • Participate in the development of business efficiency improvement programs when required.

    • Review specifications and prepare quotations for new and existing (renewals) service contracts.

    Qualifications:

    • 7 to 10 years of experience in sales preferably within critical power systems such as UPS's, surge protection, power distribution units, data centre infrastructure monitoring software or data centre racking infrastructure

    • Proven track record of success managing direct and indirect customers from diverse product lines and customer segments

    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills

    • SAP or similar business systems experience is desirable
