hieve profit plan (budget) through service sales and contracts ensuring price consistency, profitability and growth.
Build and maintain relationships with our customer base, being the conduit of information, including product updates, price movements, and technical updates and required reporting.
Develop, execute, and maintain account development plans for key accounts.
Develop and Execute business Development Plans to seek new customers in defined geographical area and assigned segment.
Manage tender responses where they apply to assigned geographical segments and service sales.
Manage pipeline, lead conversion, and quoting.
Participate in the development of business efficiency improvement programs when required.
Review specifications and prepare quotations for new and existing (renewals) service contracts.
Qualifications:
7 to 10 years of experience in sales preferably within critical power systems such as UPS's, surge protection, power distribution units, data centre infrastructure monitoring software or data centre racking infrastructure
Proven track record of success managing direct and indirect customers from diverse product lines and customer segments
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
SAP or similar business systems experience is desirable
