This position will establish, track, report and manage Business Management objectives and activities in support of larger organizational goals. This position is located in Westminster, MD, and is available for hybrid work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and submit accurate and compliant proposals to customers.
• Direct and manage Business Management Team and metrics.
• Drive booking forecast for allocated area of responsibility and output to Business Unit leadership.
• Input into resources, structure and capability to enable excellent execution for Business Management and back office function.
• Relentlessly drive and track performance against monthly, quarterly and annual business plans.
• Oversee and drive strong financial metrics and performance with new and existing customers.
• Drive quality and timely responses of customer deliverables.
• Establish and report on metrics, including Customer Satisfaction, to measure and continuously improve performance of the Business Management activities.

Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in leading a team.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in presenting high-visibility material to both internal and external senior management.
This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Relocation is not provided. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Eaton's Westminster, MD facility.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive bookings and business forecasts
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited university.
• Master's degree or international equivalent in a technical or business related discipline from an ABET accredited program.
• Experience leading a Business Management team.
• Experience in generating and/or presenting SIOP (Sales, Inventory, Operations plan).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; must be able to function in a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary sales and business development environment.
• Strong knowledge of customer and end-user operational needs and buying influences.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Demonstrated strong commercial acumen, pricing and negotiation experience, in relevant business contracting environment.
