Building strong relationships with key distributors and customers is crucial to boost sales volume and enhance customer service. You must stay informed about major competitors' tactics, organizational structures, distribution strategies, pricing, and keep management updated on industry trends and changes. Additionally, you will ensure that strategic and regional operational plans, major product launches, and key programs are meticulously planned, executed, and managed.
In this role you will:
Your Qualifications:
Minimum of eight years of experience managing a sales organization within the electrical industry
Minimum of three years of experience in sales management positions leading others
Bachelor' s degree from an accredited institution is required
Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver's license

The expected annual salary range for this role is $158484.42 - $232443.82 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
