    Position summary

    Associates must be employed at the time of the payout.

    • Bonuses will be payable in two installments: $1,000, less applicable withholding will be paid after three (3) months of employment and the remaining $1,000, less applicable withholding will be paid after nine (9) months of employment

    What you'll do:

    The cabinet builder is responsible for assembling cabinets to be installed on substation and three-phase pad-mounted transformers.

    In this function, you will:

    • Operate overhead crane, pallet jack, and powered industrial vehicles

    • Review the Order Process Sheets, ECR/ECN's and other paperwork that came with the unit

    • Locate cabinets in the storage rack and move them to the build station as required by production line dependent on workflow

    • Use lifting equipment to install parts in build fixture following work instructions

    • Complete all processes listed in work instructions and assemble all components listed in OPS/BOM for completed cabinet assembly

    • Move cabinet with crane or powered industrial vehicle to staging area to be installed on unit

    Qualifications:

    Required (Basic) Qualifications:

    • High school or GED (General Education Degree) from an accredited institution is required

    • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future

    • No relocation is being offered for this role. All candidates considered must live within 50 miles of the Waukesha, WI facility. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Minimum of one (1) year of previous assembly experience

    Skills:

    • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.

    • Ability to work overtime when required.
