    Position summary

    A. Achieve Power Quality (PQ) sales revenue targets in the assigned country, including:
    1-Phase UPS
    Rack
    Intelligent PDU
    Micro Data Center
    Services business
    B. Support overall channel growth by maximizing revenue, profitability, and market share.
    C. Performance is measured based on Managed Partner sell-in and sell-out performance.
    D. Develop channel sales strategy and implement plans to increase market share and profitability of products and services.
    E. Act as the main point of contact for PQ managed partners (resellers, system integrators, retailers, e-commerce partners).
    F. Manage partner onboarding, coaching, and motivation. Assist partners in pre-sales and sales activities.
    G. Work with EA marketing and channel teams to implement marketing communications and sales activities to sustain the brand image.
    H. Analyze the market and provide market intelligence to management on a regular basis.
    I. Drive sell-out with managed partners through partner programs, sales and lead-generation activities, and joint customer visits.
    J. Conduct quarterly business reviews and bi-weekly or monthly business and sales pipeline reviews with partners.
    K. Work closely with the Distributor Account Manager and CPS End User Sales Manager to drive sales through channels.
    L. Comply with the bid review process.
    M. Provide bid management documents in accordance with policies and process requirements.
    N. Maintain cooperative working relationships with all Eaton departments, focusing on delivering high customer satisfaction both internally and externally.
    O. Perform all job functions in adherence to Eaton's Philosophy and Values.
    P. Build relationships with key channel partners to grow both two-tier and single-tier channel business.
    Q. Be committed and responsible for the Quality Management System (QMS):
    a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking
    b. Provide support to fully implement and sustain the QMS
    c. Communicate the importance of conforming to QMS requirements
    d. Ensure the QMS meets its goals
    e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS
    f. Create a culture of continuous improvement

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferable in Engineering or Science
    A. 10+ years of sales experience
    B. 5+ years sales experience in IT Projects and/or UPS Systems

    Skills:

    Knowledge and network of Key stakeholders (Consultants, System Integrators, End Users)
