Analyze work force utilization, facility layout, and operational data, such as process capacity and production schedules to determine efficient utilization of workers and equipment.
Lead and improve continuous improvement framework through the utilization of various Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Monthly track the progress of cost out projects to achieve the PP goal.
Lead to implement OpA, ELSS, CIF and EBS Pull etc. and assessment.
Coordinate plant CI activities and develop CI Training.
CI culture deployment and implement RIE/SGA/CI suggestion in ELX-PH Plant.
Deploy CI one day event and 3 pillars operation culture activities.
Lead operation team to develop ELSS tools for overall DG plant.
Coordinate the windows of Corp/APAC CI projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
More than 7 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement supervisory position.
Has knowledge of Lean concepts, principles and tools: Value Stream Mapping, 5S+, Std Work, Structure Problem Solving, Set-up Reduction, TPM, Error Proofing, Pull System etc
Practical, hands-on knowledge, experiences in CI, i.e. Lean and Six Sigma, and/ or IE experience in design and development of semi-automated and automated assembly lines including equipment and fixtures.
Good knowledge and command of SPC and other key process engineering disciplines including operation process, product, material and information flow.
Ability to manage projects from concept to completion including budget and resource management.
Ability to coach the technical staff and help in problem solving to achieve quality, delivery and cost objectives.
Good communication and internal coordination skills, with a can-do attitude and a passion for success
Has prior knowledge and experience in SAP is an advantage.
Familiar with CAD.
